Cucumber, celery, mango, cacahuazintle corn, marinated kohlrabi, radish, carrot, peanuts and a charred lime in leche de Tigre sauce, with a toast tortilla.

Really nice ingredients, it was a surprise to find cacahuazintle corn, but more than aguachile I would say this is a ceviche in the Peruvian style.
