Spicy, aromatic, and creamy green curry brimming with vegetables including baby eggplant (perfectly silky soft without being slimy or bitter), baby corn, carrot, and broccoli! 🍆🌽🥕🥦 The dish came with a choice of tofu (good for those who prefer less processed ingredients) or #sglocal #foreverbyshandiglobal 'chicken' pieces made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. Opted for the 'chicken' which was firm and meaty!
