It's amazing how similar to chicken this product is, the texture is really spot on. I find it one of the best on the market and because of its neutral taste, it's perfect for a lot of dishes - I used this one in a Thai curry and it was perfect - it's even better if you have time to marinate it, i.e. in soy sauce. Good ingredients (pea based), the price is ok for the portion.
