Yum Woon Sen glass noodle salad tossed with shredded king oyster mushroom, carrot, bell pepper, black fungus, lettuce, chopped peanuts, and chilli. To be honest I don't remember eating any plant-based meat substitute as mentioned in the menu but maybe I missed it somehow hahaha. Refreshingly cold, tangy, and spicy!
