These cauliflower snacks by Trader Joe's were pretty good. Just had a burst of coconut aftertaste. Cheezy flavor at first crunchy bite with a hits of herby spices.
Not sure I’d get these again but glad I tried them. They are pretty #highinsodium and #saturatedfat per serving for my liking.

Ooooh I overdid it on these a few years ago and then forgot about them….it’s like seeing an old friend hahahaha! There’s so many interesting crackers and chips at TJ! I may need to bring them back soon! Glad to see your review and glad you tried them - they’re certainly a unique snack! 😊
