What a delicious dairy free mozzarella, the best there is in South Africa There is coconut oil in this which I don’t usually like at all, but could hardly taste it. It melted well. Definitely my favourite plant based brand of cheese 👏👏👏

Curious how this melts down. I’ve tried nearly every vegan cheese out there and when melted it is way too rich in taste 🙈 .
