I cannot say enough how delicious this dish was. “Rice and beans” is the name of a very famous and delicious Costa Rican #caribbean dish, it may look simple but it’s #rice and #beans cooked in a very delicious and mildly #spicy sauce and spices. This dish also came with “pulled soy” in the same yummy sauce. Flavor and texture are absolutely delicious of everything in this dish. In the bottom left are the most delicious ripe #plantain patties. And the #picadillo is a mix of yummy veggies chopped up and mixed together with spices, very popular in #latinamerica. The #kale was perfect too and all this was just so tasty.
I had it delivered from this awesome restaurants called “The Vegan Corner”, which is in my top 3 favorite #saveveganrestaurants in #costarica, they have great service, ambiance and obviously cruelty-free delicious food. Price was great for the amount of food (a lot), at around $10.
They have only #ecofriendly take out.
Would eat this again 100 times haha highly recommend it if in Costa Rica 🇨🇷
