I've been really craving coffee ice cream lately, but this was the only one I could find and I didn't think I would like the tapioca pearls. I don't normally like chewy bits, like fruit pieces, in my ice cream, so I didn't think I would like the chewyness of the tapioca. Surprisingly though I really enjoyed it. The ice cream itself has a nice coffee flavor and it's very thick and creamy. And the tapioca pearls actually added a nice chew and texture to the whole experience.
