Absolutely amazing noodle bowl from Beluga.
Soy sauce, mirin, ginger, lemongrass and sesame, pak Choi, sweet corn, grilled courgette, cabbage, carrot, green oil, soya jelly cubes, rice paper crisps, avocado and tofu!
Super pricey for R185 but that is pretty standard for Beluga and honestly their food is worth it 🌱
