This place is located in a food hall in Shinjuku. It is 100% vegan and had lots of dishes that I wanted to try! For this visit, I went for the sea urchin pasta. The sauce was soooo fluffy since it's been whipped. The outer edges of the sauce was colder but the pasta was warm so it worked out when mixed. It was topped with layers of imitation sea urchin and I wasn't able to work out what it really was or what the taste was made from! I do think it slightly resembled the bitterness of sea urchin. Overall, I enjoyed this a lot, it's the first time I've ever had a dish like this so definitely gets 5/5 for uniqueness. It was priced at ¥1,200 which is a lot less than the dishes in Kyoto! Totally worth it.
