As women we destroy our hair (straitened, coloring etc) so we all could use a deep conditioner once in a while . This is my fave. I use it once a week . It is a thick sweet smelling cream. I apply it to the ends of my hair , leave on for 15 minutes then rinse. It leaves my hair so soft
