Really isn't "better" than actual ricotta. If anything, I think it's much, much worse. The product is very creamy, but has this disgustingly sweet cardboard taste to it which almost ruined my lasagna. Do yourself a favor and make your own tofu ricotta because I guarantee that it'll be better than Tofutti's.
