Absolutely scrummy 😋as the Brits would say and easy peasy lemon squeezy. #lazyvegan After too many days I find I’m desperate for dark green 🥬leafy veg which is no surprise as Dr Greger of How Not To Die says we need dark leafy 🌿greens twice daily. I find spinach and rocket are the easiest for me to incorporate into almost any meal and here I was drowning the Mac in them as it had been too long without. This pack is outstandingly healthy on Yuka perhaps with the sweet 🍠potato base so we’ll try to find a way to get it in the UK. Super! #macandcheese #healthy
