Fine dining 100% vegan restaurant in Turin. Beautiful interiors, simple and elegant. Portions are quite big for an upscale restaurant!
Tribute to the chef, as every single dish was nothing but perfect. BE CAREFUL if you go there, as there’s a 99% chance, you won’t be able to find another place which is at least half as good!
Consider waiter suggestions, as he insisted on me trying FREGULA PASTA, which I’d never consider myself, yet, the combination of simple ingredients, causing such a burst of flavor, was absolutely astonishing, making it one of the best courses that night!
Tofu with a PORCINI CHOCOLATE SAUCE is something you wouldn’t eat daily but is definitely worth trying in such a place, insane combo of mushrooms and chocolate, which was really good!
The “STEAK” is beyond any words, BEST vegan meat imitation ever!!!
TIRAMISU literally MADE ME CRY, being a childhood memories recall. 🥹
So smooth, light and well balanced between sweetness and bitterness!
As for the drinks, I really enjoyed trying COPENHAGEN SPARKLING TEA (kinda like kombucha but not really), unique drink, hardly ever found in Europe.
P.S. the complimentary focaccia is the GODDES OF BREAD!!!
