First time I've seen a Thai brand of #vegancheese at the supermarket! They had Swiss, Cheddar and this Mozzarella. It's pretty decent! It's made of soy milk and coconut oil. I only tried it plain so far as I'm staying in a hotel room and can't cook at the moment. I will try it in a wrap next I suppose. It's probably better melted but I was too excited to try it out . 200 baht ($6)
