This tofu was really good. Got this at an organic store in Zwolle, called Odin. At the Jumbo I normally go to they only have plain tofu. This tofu is a little more firm than the Jumbo tofu, but still soft. It had a clear pesto taste. It is pretty expensive for a small amount, but I did really like it. Made a pasta salade with this tofu, pasta, tomato, carrot and vegan green cheese. #tofu #asianfood #pesto #Odin
