This is a nice classic breakfast. I really love Hard Times' veggie sausage! It's flavorful and makes a perfect bite with their tofu scramble and hash browns. The biscuits here are so incredibly good! I made the silly decision to not add gravy to my breakfast. I was worried the whole plate would be flooded with gravy like their biscuits and gravy. They actually put an appropriate amount on! I would definitely get the gravy next time. I just put some vegan butter on my biscuits this time instead.
This was a great breakfast to have before a nap to prepare for an afternoon showing of Oppenheimer (2023).
