Bitoque no A Minha Avó - Vegan Portuguese Food — Avaliação do beeatriz (29 de jul. de 2023)

Yesterday I tried this vegan version of the traditional Portuguese dish "Bitoque". It consists of a piece of meat (in this case a delicious and tender slice of seitan), with a fried egg on top (we had a "vegan egg" and it was a great discovery!), with French fries and rice as a side dish.

It brought me back like 10 years, or more, to the time I still ate this at restaurants with my parents, when on vacation.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very cosy and beautifully-decorated!
I truly recommend this place! Don't miss it, next time you're in Lisbon.
