Review of Eat Complete - Saturo by erikah
I usually don't eat breakfast and then sometimes I want to but can't decide what to eat. This Saturo meal is what gets me through the morning when I'm kind of hungry but can't make up my mind.
330 kcal and 17g of protein per portion (330ml). With 4g of fiber, 8g of sugar, and lots of vitamins incl. B12
