I kept hearing people mention this brand and when I saw these on sale during Prime Day I thought it was a good time to give them a try. The texture and taste are good and they have been pretty easy on my stomach too. I don’t normally take them every day, but maybe about 3-4 times per week to make sure I’m covering anything that might be lacking a little bit. I do take them more often if I am traveling for work or bouncing around on different shifts and not getting the variety in my food choices that I normally would with my regular routine. The gummies do stick together quite easily in the bottle, but that also might have to do with them being shipped in the mail during the summer. The company does a great job of clearly labeling the container so I feel comfortable with the choice right away. These might be a variety I would buy again to keep on hand, but I would also like to try some of their other options available for D3 and B12 supplement too.
