If you love making vish with tofu, think again! This is magic. These flowers gives the perfect texture. I got 3 big pieces of the flower out of one can. The fibers are very strong and hold their form. I am super impressed with these flowers. The dark part on the first picture is the Nori coming through.
All credits to Avant-Garde Gaz Oakley, I made his recipe including the curry potatoes and mango-mayonnaise, the mayo is something I will make more regularly. It is really super easy and no weird products used., I used my own mango chutney but a store bought one will work as well.

I had banana blossoms once at a vegan restaurant in Manchester and it was amazing ! I wish I could find it here too
