Freshly fried donut covered fluffy torched meringue that was sticky and sweet, almost like a giant marshmallow (topped with a beautiful edible flower)! Generously filled with smooth, thick, and tangy lemon curd that oozed out as I bit into it. (I regret not getting a picture of the filling...) So gorgeous and delicious!
