This consisted of pleasantly chewy rice noodles cooked in the Shan style with crispy, fluffy tofu, a lively, tangy, and savory tomato, garlic, and 5 -spice sauce, and topped with sesame seeds and peanuts. The flavors were vibrant, multidimensional, and uniquely delicious. (Gluten-free option)
