From the menu description: Carnaroli Classic from natural farming, saffron, fresh peas, peas in cream, cashew and almond mozzarella, organic extra virgin olive oil. Naturally gluten-free dish.

We loved this. My sister and I regularly travel to Sicily and love arancini. To find a vegan version in Milan was a real treat. My sister said she wishes there was a tomato-Based sauce to accompany (more traditional). But I enjoyed as presented.
