Coconut milk laksa with noodles, tofu, soy cutlet, vegan shrimps, decorated with pak choi, fresh coriander and chives. The soup is big, good for big hunger. The taste is very mild, with a slight aroma of curry. I missed the spice a little bit. The soy cutlets were fantastic! I have never eaten so well done. Vegan prawns were an interesting addition. They tasted similar to surimi. The visual effect was spoiled only by overcooked coconut milk. The texture should be more smoother, but it didn't affect the taste. Maybe because of a rush.

Laksa na mleku kokosowym z makaronem oraz tofu, kotletem sojowym, wegańskimi krewetkami, udekorowana pak choi oraz świeżą kolendrą i szczypiorkiem. Zupa jest duża, najemy się nią bez problemu. W smaku bardzo łagodna, o lekkim aromacie curry. Zabrakło mi pikantnej nuty. Fantastyczne w smaku były kotlety sojowe. Dawno nie jadłem tak dobrze zrobionych. Ciekawym dodatkiem były wegańskie krewetki. W smaku podobne do surimi. Efekt wizualny psuło jedynie zważone mleko kokosowe. Konsystencja powinna być bardziej gładka, jednak nie miało to wpływu na smak. Może pośpiech.
