Always get a salad to go with my plant balls for more veggies and to fill me up 😝
According to the website, there’s kale, arugula, oak leaf lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Not bad, and quite refreshing. Although the stalks of some veggie is pretty bitter.

The downside is the dressing, although stated citrus, contains egg…. So Dont use it to make the salad vegan. Then the salad does turn out to be drier….. I wonder why they couldn’t find a dressing without egg? Why does a citrus dressing even need egg??
