Noqui Araucaria no Violeta Restaurant — Avaliação do rociiroo (24 de jun. de 2023)

I was invited for my birthday to eat at the Violeta restaurant, which offers vegetarian and vegan dishes.
I ate this dish called "Noqui Araucaria" that I had seen before on Instagram and it became my favorite dish. They are gnocchi in beetroot pesto, pickled cabbage, green oil and cibulette sauce. I am a huge beetroot fan and this dish did not disappoint, it even got a thumbs up from my partner who doesn't like beets. It is a dish full of flavors, it is very original and the presentation is very beautiful.
