Review of Rice sweet vinegar seaweed beancurd slices at Flavours by Saute by xinru-t

Fried soy 'fish', fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus in a tangy sweet vinegar sauce. Less spicy option available when ordering, seemingly with less ginger, which I really appreciated.
