Review of Rice sweet vinegar seaweed beancurd slices at Flavours by Saute by xinru-t
Fried soy 'fish', fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus in a tangy sweet vinegar sauce. Less spicy option available when ordering, seemingly with less ginger, which I really appreciated. Slightly unconventional to have 'fish' in a dish commonly associated with pork, but a high-protein dish nonetheless! Served with wholegrain rice and quinoa. (Allium-free, $11.80) #sgvegan #halal
