The legendary #vegan gnocchi from #traderjoes ! Gluten-free and made from potato and cassava flour , these cook up very nicely. We put them in the air fryer which was a good option for less oil. But we made up the calories with serving them in #miyokos #veganbutter! We made a browned butter sage sauce with lemon zest which was amazing! Really good gnocchi with minimal healthy ingredients. Just less than $3.
