I got off work before 1pm for once, so that meant a trip to The Lox Bagel Shop. They're only open until 2 pm each day, so it's usually not an option for me. I absolutely love their housemade #bagels They're truly so delicious.
They've been adding more #vegan options to their menu lately, including this cauliflower melt! It's vegetarian by default and #vegan if you remove the pepperjack cheese. They do have vegan cream cheese, so I hope they expand their options with other vegan cheeses in the future.
This had crispy cauliflower, artichoke, romesco, salsa macha, and pickled red onions. It was #SPICY So be warned🤣🔥🧯 This sandwich was a large size and $11.40 which is a decent value. I wish they brought the price down since I omitted the cheese, but again hopefully they'll have a vegan replacement soon!
