Spicy Vegetarian Noodle Soup (#31) no Dai Bi Chay — Avaliação do The Veg Life (8 de jun. de 2023)

Not sure why most of the items on their menu are labeled as vegetarian and not vegan, but it could just be a language misunderstanding as I'm pretty sure this is vegan. The soup comes with a nice assortment of tofu and mock meats, though it is not spicy. Nothing some chilli oil can't fix! One of my favourite places for Vietnamese food. Love their mock meats.

I got it to go, and it was packed up nicely as seen below so that I could heat up the broth and add it to the soup bowl, and add the fresh toppings (cabbage, Thai basil, bean sprouts) afterwards.
