Rice flour pancakes made yellow with turmeric powder, cooked with bits of soy 'fishcake', fried tofu, mushroom, and mung bean sprouts. Meant to be layered with lettuce and wrapped in rice paper before being dipped in their homemade peanut sauce (slightly sweet and a little reminiscent of hoisin). Enjoyed this dish as I always find it fun to play with food! Lighter on the palate and a healthier take on Bánh Xèo, which is usually much more oily and fatty tasting.
