Review of Cheesecake de Lotus at Choose Restaurante Vegano by malarky
This cheesecake is incredibly creamy, and the caramel drizzle makes it even better. There is a textured, thick crust that is reminiscent of graham cracker crust, but with a caramel thread running through it. I am completely guessing, of course, … this is one of those restaurants where you will never know how they pull it off. 
The cheesecake itself was not overly sweet, so the caramel held its own, as did the crust. Each flavour balanced with the others.
