I think this is the most popular reoccurring special at The Herbivorous Butcher and I finally got to try it! It has their roast beef, smoked Gouda, mushroom mayo, marinated mushrooms, and kale on multigrain bread. It was so delicious, I really understand all the hype! The mushroom mayo was really flavorful and distributed the umami flavor throughout the sandwich. Usually the bread isn't anything too special, but I really liked this different multigrain! It was a bit more rustic and hearty to hold up to these forager flavors
