This consisted of orecchiette pasta served in a chunky, richly flavorful sundried tomato and walnut pesto with marinated eggplant, plus smoky authentic-tasting 🐷-free Thrilling Foods Bakon™ and topped with micro arugula. The combination of flavors was delicious and satisfying, and it was wonderful the way the tiny ear-shaped orecchiette paste cupped around the other ingredients. This has a gluten-free option.
