Review of Tekka maki at Genki Sushi - Bugis+ by glitteryunicorn

Green leaf next to this as well. The beans were interesting. Not too sure what beans are used, but they were alittle on the slimey sticky side.

Interesting texture.. felt like lady fingers with all the slime? Not as much, but after chewing the whole sushi, there's that texture.

Taste wise, really good:))
