Roasted seitan chicken that didn't really taste like chicken but was quite enjoyable nonetheless with the gravy! Quite nicely balanced with vegetables, specifically a side of bok choy in 'oyster sauce' as well as cucumber slices. Flavourful rice even without chicken stock or chicken oil, albeit moist to the extent of being slightly soggy/mushy. Served with a bowl of clear soup. (Allium-free, $7.60) #sgvegan
