This is one of the better vegan cheese alternatives I've tried. I generally can't stand the taste or consistency of vegan cheeses, but I really enjoyed this product! Similar to other vegan cheeses it has a softer consistency, better for spreading. I did not try to melt it, but the person who sold it to me told me that it melts well. We shall see
