this carrot cake was PHENOMENAL. i was pleasantly surprised by the balance between the cream cheese frosting and the cake; i didn’t feel like the frosting was overwhelming, nor was there too much cake. the cake itself was impressively not dry, and had a moist yet fluffy texture. the nuts coating the exterior of the cake added a subtle crunch without distracting from the other components, and the frosted carrot was a cute addition. i love being able to see the fresh carrot throughout the cake, and i thought it was professionally spiced. this carrot cake has taken the #1 spot in my ranking! definitely would recommend, you can tell these cakes are made with all the love in the world 🤍
