This sandwich was cajun fried cauliflower, sweet heat glaze, blackened ranch, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sweet potato wedge fries. The overall flavor was fantastic but it would’ve been better on a burger bun instead of toast the sweet potato fries were really thick and crispy.
