I donated blood today and they had this available at their post-donation snack table where they have you wait for 10-15 minutes. It's high in sugar but it's also a good source of vitamin C and Potassium. Tastes good, very sweet, natural and orangey. I wouldn't normally get the individual bottles because of the extra plastic though.
