I'm a bit baffled about this product, because it's not really mince meat, it looks like a bit of seitan chopped up, the texture is simply not there. Ad for many Supermuscolo products, when it's not marinated is a bit bland, but on the other hand is pretty versatile. I still dislike the vacuum packaging.
