Chick’en Katsu Burger no Grassfed — Avaliação do K (7 de abr. de 2023)

Another bangin’ burger from Grassfed, my boss treated our team for lunch. Some of my colleagues said they had never tried a vegan burger and they loved it, so that was a win.

This one has a crunchy chick’n patty, lettuce, kewpie mayo, pickled ginger, and fries (normally a hash brown, but there’s stock shortages). And a side of katsu sauce for pouring/dipping. The katsu sauce was a little bland tbh, but I like that it came on the side as sometimes Grassfed burgs can be overwhelmingly saucy. The chick’n patty was awesome, love the crunch and meaty texture inside - a pretty convincing chicken sub. Overall satisfying, filling, and delicious!
