I shared this with my sister; we like to do this so we can both try two items on the menu. We both loved it. The eggplant was cooked ideally, resulting in a smooth texture, and the tofu was made in a way that I had never tasted before; it was soft, almost creamy.

There was a sweet taste in the sauce that contributed to the delicious flavor of the dish.
