Finally found a vegan Omega 3 supplement based on microalgae! This has EPA & DHA long-chain omega 3 fatty acids, which are not really available from non sea sources!
I haven’t taken one before and decided to start now. This also contains d3 vitamin which I usually take in winter months.
There was only 1 place (I checked supermarkets, pharmacy, health store) that had this, every other supplement was made from fish/ liver oil 🤦 Where do fish get their omegas from!?
Although I do try to eat flax, hemp, chia, or walnuts etc. every other day, it’s better to ensure you get enough long chain omegas from supplement.
