This dessert was so fun to try. It is made with mainly mung bean, longan and sugar. It tastes like frozen congee; it is sweet but not too sweet. I also really enjoy longans so I thought I would enjoy this. The flavor is nice. I’ve never had anything quite like this so it was really special!
