I like to fine chop kimchi and layer it into an #avocado half with a squeeze of #lime. And that’s exactly what I did with this. 🥑😋
In the past I’ve overdosed on kimchi, so I can’t commit to big jars or homemade batches these days, which makes this small package just right for me. It’s perfect as a light snack or addition to a party spread.
There should then be, perhaps especially so, attention to #sustainablepackaging. A glass jar or #recyclable or #biodegradable plastic would be great. 🌱♻️
