This #lazyvegan #thai #greencurry frozen meal is made up of pre-cooked rice, fresh veggies and pea protein bits. Mixed in between are little frozen swirls of sauce. You just empty the bag into a pot and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or so for a #quickandeasy lunch or dinner.
They seem to know that the secret is in the sauce because it has a nice depth of flavor and there’s a lot of it! In fact there’s so much sauce that if you add more rice or noodles to make it a meal for two it will still be full of flavor.
In addition to the flavorful sauce, I like that the veggies stay crunchy after simmering. The mini corn and the chewy strips of pea protein are my favorite. Both have a nice texture.
Our stores carry 3 of the 5 options of #lazyvegans, this being my favorite. I’d like to see them add the other 2. They work well as a quick, less expensive alternative to frozen vegan #mealdeliveryservice.

Ah, i took a look at the pictures you use for your review. All prifessional ones? Hmm oh i see, you're a sponsored promotion account. The curry from the package absolutely did not have the same look or amount of sauce. At least be honest when posting reviews, thank you.
