This is without a doubt my favorite hummus out there right now. The smoked flavor is SO unique and excellently executed. It’s amazing with rice crackers. I haven’t been the biggest fan of Boar’s Head’s other hummuses, but this one takes the cake. It’s great as a snack, as a base for salad dressings, on sandwiches, and in pasta. The smoked flavor is actually from the smoked black pepper and it’s lovely - not too smoky or fake tasting and a tiny bit spicy.
