This bar is delicious, but I find it a bit sweet and nutmeg to be a bit strong, in a good way, but in a way that makes me pace myself when eating this bar, which is good, because the other flavors I usually eat too quickly and sometimes 2-5 of them in a row… that said, I wonder if they added cardamom and maybe a pinch of clove and or cinnamon, if that would create a flavor profile that might marry the flavors with the sweetness and make it more tolerable at 26g of sugar.
